About the Author

Reya is a member of Queer Up Radio since 2024. She is a trans rights activist, a 16-year radio commentator in the Philippines, a print journalist, author, and DJ (DJ QR-Code). She is active in experitheater.ch and MigrArt in Zurich and writes for Papierlose Zeitung. Reya self-published "The Art of Love, Sacrifice, and Acceptance" in Hong Kong, followed by "Singgit" in 2018 in Mindanao. Her recent book, "Red Tagging: Political Witch-hunt in the Philippines," was published in 2022 in Bern. She will release a new book, "Tabula Rasa," in 2024.
